Youth Alcohol and Drug Service (YADS) – North West and West Coast - Devonport
The Youth Alcohol & Drug Service (YADS) provides a broad range of alcohol and other drug treatment and support services, health promotion and early intervention initiatives aimed primarily at young people 12- 24 years, their families and significant others throughout the NW and West Coast of Tasmania.
Services also include:
- Illicit Drug Diversion Initiative (IDDI) and Tasmanian Early Intervention and Prevention (TEIP) Brief Intervention and Counselling
- School Drug Education and Health Promotion Programs
- Community and Other Services Education and Health Promotion Programs
- Outreach - either a neutral site, at the client’s home or via digital technology to clients who cannot access on-site services
