West Tamar Youth Outreach Service
The West Tamar Youth Outreach Service is for 12 – 25 year olds living in the West Tamar catchment area including students attending:
- Beaconsfield Primary
- Exeter Primary
- Trevallyn Primary
- Exeter High School
The West Tamar Youth Outreach Service can support students attending Riverside Primary or Riverside High School, however these students must reside in Legana, Exeter, Beaconsfield or surrounding areas.
The West Tamar Program provides:
- One on one support; via outreach, at school, in the community, or at headspace Launceston
- Group and workshop facilitation
- Secondary support to families and carers
- Liaison with schools, service providers and other supports
The West Tamar Youth Outreach Service is facilitated by a Mental Health Clinician and is available weekdays during business hours.
