The Junction HUB Burnie
The Junction Hub provides a collective integrated service delivery approach which addresses the social determinants of health issues impacting on young people (12-24 years) and their families in the North West.
The Junction Hub provides an integrated service delivery and referral hub where organisations coordinate services to families and young people. The Junction Hub focuses on education and employment, safety, housing, recreation, health and wellbeing, relationships and community connectedness.
The Hub also provides a range of afternoon and school holiday activities for young people.
