Rehabilitation and Recovery Program - North
The Recovery and Rehabilitation Program is for people who have a diagnosis of a severe and persistent mental illness.
The program covers all stages of the recovery process, from entry to needs identification, developing recovery plan, interventions, review and plan for transition, using a range of interventions to empower participants as they move through their recovery process, strengthening capacity of families and community members to be an effective and sustainable natural support.
This outreach program utilises both recovery workers and intention peer workers.
Available Monday to Friday with an after-hours helpline support from 9:00am to 9:00pm.
