REACH: Rural Outreach

The REACH Rural Outreach program provides individual and family support to people living in the rural and remote areas of the Southern Midlands and Central Highlands.  This program is linked with other organisations targeting a reduction of suicide in the region, and supports people living in these communities living with mental health and other support needs.

This program is delivered using the rural model of our EACH program (Engagement, Access, Community and Help).
