Uniting Tasmania
Pathway Home
Pathway Home is a family reunification program for families with one or more of their children removed and living in Out of Home Care, providing support and opportunities to work towards a range of goals in order to achieve family reunification. The program is delivered in partnership with the Child Safety Service (CSS), and only families who have been identified as reunification ready by CSS are able to participate.
Pathway Home is delivered from our Launceston site, and is available Monday to Friday, from 8.30am – 5.00pm with some limited out of business hours service delivery.
