LEAP Mentoring Program
The LEAP Mentoring program engages youth at risk in the community and provides life mentoring and case management services to enable them to move past any barriers they are facing in life to have a better future. The program ultimately aims to match the young person with a volunteer mentor in the community to build a trusting relationship and be a role model to the young person.
