Intensive Family Engagement Service

IFES are specialised services that focus on improving family functioning and skills and is intensive in nature (up to 15 – 20 hours per week for approximately 12 – 16 weeks). IFES are able to provide after-hours service to support families at key stress times, The services are flexible, and tailored toward resolving the specific needs of the family.  Families will be involved in designing and reviewing the package, so they will have a clear, shared understanding of what issues need to be addressed, and how they will be supported to do so.

Must not have a current care and protection order in place
