Life Without Barriers
Our Mental Health program aims to provide community-based and flexible support for children and young people with (or at risk of) severe mental illness, mental health issues, or functional support needs, alongside their families or caregivers.
Our multi-disciplinary team works across all of Tasmania. We aim to support young people aged 12-18 to take steps to improve their mental, physical and social wellbeing and improve functioning through one-on-one therapeutic work, as well as case management support in an outreach capacity. We also work very closely with then young person’s family and any other support networks.
At this point in time, the #iConnect program only accepts referrals from clients of Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services.
