Grandparents Raising Grandchildren

Grandparents Raising Grandchildren is a support, information, advice and referral service for grandparents and kinship carers who have primary care of their grandchildren.  Grandparents Raising Grandchildren includes a regular peer group, one to one support and case management and coordination, and strong community links which promote social and community engagement for grandparent and kinship carers.
