Get In 2 Gear
Break O'Day Council's Learner Driver Mentor Program (Get In2 Gear) is a support for young people who have gained their learners licence, to complete their compulsory on-road logbook driving experience.
Get In2 Gear is free and friendly mentor service for those Learners who:
- Are unemployed;
- Lack autonomy and self-esteem;
- Are unable to access family/other support to gain 50 hours driving practice;
- Are from a non-English speaking background;
- Are suffering financial hardship; or
- Who do not have access to a road worthy vehicle.
