Family Services Program - North
The Family Services Program includes practical support for families and their loved ones in understanding and accessing the NDIS, and peer-delivered family education services, including:
Building a Future – A program involving eight sessions designed to help family members and carers gain knowledge and skills relating to mental health and recovery. This education is also available as a snapshot program involving two sessions.
The Family Services Program is available in the North and North-west of Tasmania. This is an outreach program.
Service is available Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm with after-hours helpline support from 9:00am to 9:00pm.
